BugSnag is now Insight Hub - we're making some changes to how the product looks, but this won't impact the way you use BugSnag or any of your integrations.
Trusting SSL for integrations
How to install a trusted CA certificate to use when interacting with integrations
If you want to use a self-hosted integration (e.g. Jira) with BugSnag On-premise which uses an SSL certificate signed by a Certificate Authority (CA) unknown to BugSnag, you will get a certificate error unless you add the CA certificate:
- Obtain the public certificate of your CA in PEM format.
- Reconfigure BugSnag On-premise.
- Paste the CA’s certificate into the “Trusted CA SSL certificates” box.

- Follow the instructions to deploy the updated configuration.
