Email commands

You can reply to a BugSnag error email to update the status of an error, or collaborate on finding a fix.

Reply to a BugSnag error email to add a comment on the error in the BugSnag dashboard.

Commands

You can also perform certain actions by replying to an email with a command. The following commands are supported by BugSnag:

• @ignore – Ignore the error.
• @fix – Fix the error.
• @reopen – Reopen the error.
• @delete – Delete the error.
• @issue – Create an issue for the error in your issue tracking system. You should ensure you have one configured in your notification plugins first.

Note: Email commands and comments are not available for BugSnag On-premise.
